In honor of Valentine’s Day we did the Love Notes workout at Rosewater! It was fun! I had a pool of exercise cards in the middle of the circle. The PAX circled up around the pool. We took turns picking an exercise, calling it out for the PAX, then running to the Flip Chart which was several parking spots away, adding a few words to the note and running back. Then the next PAX would call the exercise and go add words. We wrote two great notes and got a great workout in! We even had an FNG! Welcome, IronChef!
