It’s Labor Day! You know what that means…..we gonna WERK! It’s also Monday, soooo we’ve decided to make it a funday Monday Murph and do Mimosa Monday which was a Beatdown & Bubbly.
After the usual (Disclaimer, Warm Up), we hopped to it, because this workout would take the.whole.time.
