Six strong women came out to brave the 30 degree temps and get it done.
After a warm up we did three rounds of three sets of exercises with a walk/run between each set.
Round 1 (3x)

  • 5 Macarena planks
  • 10 squat/curl
  • 15 push ups
  • 20 lunges (10 each side)

Round 2 (3x)

  • 5 burpees
  • 10 side squats (10 each side)
  • 15 chest press
  • 20 sit up/punch

Round 3 (3x)

  • 1 minute wall sit
  • 10 jump squat
  • 15 bent over rows each side
  • 20 glute bridge

walk/run a lap

Stretch/COT – have an attitude of gratitude – challenge this week to list 10 things you’re grateful for each morning. We stated today’s by each sharing one with the pax.
