Six strong women came out to brave the 30 degree temps and get it done.
After a warm up we did three rounds of three sets of exercises with a walk/run between each set.
Round 1 (3x)
- 5 Macarena planks
- 10 squat/curl
- 15 push ups
- 20 lunges (10 each side)

- 5 burpees
- 10 side squats (10 each side)
- 15 chest press
- 20 sit up/punch

Round 3 (3x)
- 1 minute wall sit
- 10 jump squat
- 15 bent over rows each side
- 20 glute bridge
