A – Arm rotations
U – Upside down – Bend at hips and hold for 10 s
T – Trunk Rotations / Windmills – 10 count

N – Nine jumping jacks
The Thang: Do each exercise for 60 seconds then rest for 20 seconds before moving to the next one. Each exercise is associated with a favorite fall activity. Repeat 2x.
Apple picking – Overhead press with weights
Bobbing for apples – Push ups
Playing football – Alternating side lunges with arm reach to toes (like 3-
pt stance)
Chopping wood – Wood chop with dumbbell (repeat on other side)
Jumping in leaves – Squat jumps
Pumpkin carving – one arm row with weights (repeat on other side)
Trick-or-treat – Run to 4 houses (4 corners of parking lot)

With the season comes a lot of countdowns. (Only 40 more days until Christmas!) Sometimes it can be overwhelming to think about all you need to get done when you only have so little time.
