The workout was all in the cards today. The cards determined the exercise and the number of reps. For the face cards, Jack = 11 reps, Queen= 12 reps, King = 13 reps, and Ace = 14 reps.  The Joker is a special “challenge” card used in Level 3 only and it equals 20 reps.

Level 1

Spades: Squats

Diamonds: March in Place

Hearts: Standing Crunches

Clubs: Triceps Dips

Level 2

Spades: Reverse Lunges

Diamonds: Jumping Jacks

Hearts: Basic Crunches

Clubs: Modified Push-Ups

Level 3

Spades: Burpees

Diamonds: Mountain Climbers

Hearts: Bicycle Crunches

Clubs: Push-Ups

Between each Level, we ran the playground twice.
