Halfway to the weekend and 5 pax made Wednesday even better! Plus, the weather was fall cool. This was a 3-fer – warm up, circuit, and core/glute workout. Don’t want anybody wasting their time on an early morning workout! And of course, we fit our last September Challenge pushups in there…
The warm up kind of seemed like a circuit itself, but Buzz had her official mat(s) and got right down to it! As we were working through the circuits, I heard a new nickname for Tex – Speedy Gonzales! Signs was serious about those 26 pushups – looked great! And no, Queso, there were no Monkey Humpers… 17 Burpees instead!
After a warm up, everyone went at their own pace for the first 3 circuits. We then knocked out the core/glute section together from 60 to 10 to 60. Finally, finished the last 3 circuits at our own speed. (Pics have the details!)
