I got off easy this morning recycling the Q that I used on Saturday at the FiA Spanish Fort Launch. It worked for a small group and a larger one, and the timing was almost spot on.
Warm up – arm circles, door knobs, then in cadence – hillbillies, cherry pickers, and jumping jacks
We counted off and partnered up for a DORA routine! 50 boy bands, 100 plank jacks, and 150 squats! Everything is better with a partner including sharing the count. 🙂
Next we did 1 round of 11s with monkey humpers and arnold presses, starting with 1 and 10 respectively and flip flopping the count as we went.
To swap things up we counted off again to get a new partner and did a ‘see you when I see you’ routine around the green. Partners ran in opposite directions and when they met up did 5 pushups, 5 situps, and 5 tricep dips. They continued on their way and did a 4 count when they met again, then 3, then 2, then 1.
THANKFULLY we had time to squeeze in an ab ladder at the end!
5 up/down planks
10 hip dips
15 glute bridges
10 cruncy frogs
5 windshield wipers
