BackBlast:

I pulled a HIIT workout from the internet that I e used before. We did each exercises for 45 seconds and rested 15 seconds in between.
We did each block twice.

block 1 – lower body

squats

high knees

left side lunge

jump rope

right side lunge

block 2 – upper body

speed bag

push ups

squat to knee to opposite elbow

alternating punches – cross punch

jumping jacks

block 3 – abs

mountain climbers

Russian twists

bicycles

jab punches – hold core tight

plank
