What a great crowd of women this morning! So fun to meet those pax I missed while on vacation. And Graphite keeps bringing more to our tribe – way to go! Breezy, of course, had her car full too. We’ll have to label our “clown cars” and see how many pax we can get in them…
After a warm up, we jumped right into some HIIT moves with 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off. (It didn’t take but a couple of seconds before I was sweating) Then we moved on to Dora with everyone in pairs and one group of 3. While one ran a lap around the green, the other did the exercise, then switched and kept the count going. 200 and 300 seem like a lot of reps for some reason!
Everyone was a good sport about it all! We stopped a few minutes early for Breezy’s COT, Name-a-Rama and naming our FNGs. Great way to start off a week.
