BackBlast:

It was a wet and warm day for our Haven Hustle!  But that beats 27 degrees by a long shot…

Natiya brought the warm up plus a game – we divided into 2 teams and faced off with the cones in the middle.  We were led to quick step while touching our head, shoulders, knees, or toes as Natiya called them out.  Then she would call “cone” and we had to dash to pick up the cone before the person across from us did.  Next, we lined up in relay teams and ran suicides with the cones.  We got warmed up!

Then we moved to our list of exercises.  This was a you vs you workout with 2 required sections – run the loop/run the stairs 4 times, and do 5 sets of 10 Burpees.  (Everyone’s favorite!)  Each pax picked the other exercises they wanted to do from the list and marked off which ones they had done.  We proved we can do hard things!!
