At The Coop today, 4 PAX bundled up for a Happy Halloween workout! We quickly warmed up after our “witches warm up” including Mummy Walks. We jumped right in with two rounds of exercise 45 seconds active and 15 seconds rest…
DEAD Lifts

Walking (DEAD) Lunges
(We were “spooked” to the core with these exercises…)
SPIDER Planks
DEAD bugs
Plank Jack – o – lanterns
(We did some “creepy” cardio with these next 3 exercises…)
MUMMY kicks (arms out straight, small hop kicking alternating feet)
Inch WORMS (walk out, legs walk to hands, jump feet back, walk arms back, stand up, repeat)
SUICIDE squats (jump squats)
PISTOL squats Right– one leg straight out, squat with other
PISTON squats Left
BLOODY Burpees!
PUMPKIN push ups
CREEPY bicycle crunches
TRICKY triceps curls
SCREAMING squats
PETRIFYING Plank
VAMPIRE V-ups
TOMBSTONE Shoulder Taps
SKELETON Scissor Kicks
MONSTER Mountain Climbers
(This grouping of exercises was SPOOKY!)
S – Step ups
P – Pendulum (Squat, right lateral leg raise, squat, left lateral leg raise)
O – Overhead press
O – Oblique crunch
K – Kettlebell swings
Y- Yay! Burpees! (We didn’t get to these the second time…so disappointing!)
REPEAT!
