This was a modification of my Thriller beatdown from previous years… Every time we heard the song Thriller by Michael Jackson, we moved back to the center and did the routine with our weights (looking scary as we did it!). The rest of the workout consisted of a warmup, pairs of exercises performed for 20 reps each repeated for the duration of a song, and a cooldown.
