The plan today was to include both a workout and some of the Winter Games. Best laid plans…
We started off with a quick warm up, then a pair of exercises for 2 minutes (30 seconds each / 2 rounds). This was followed by one of the challenges from the Winter Games that we could pair up and try/time. We made it through the 3rd round with Rosalitas/Step Ups and the Handstand, but after that it was Game bedlam!
We did the Canned Balance, Frisbee Throw, Handstand, Broad Jump Burpee, and then repeated any we wanted to try for better times. (Some of us said once was enough!!) It was a great time with friends and some incredible times – there should be some of our own on the next Leaderboard!

|Burpees||Overhand grip only|
Without this group of women, I never would have attempted the FiA X Workout on Monday or many of the Winter Games. You all challenge and encourage me! Thank you!!
