After a quick warm up, we got started on our tour of Halcyon! Of course we had to include stairs, so we went first to the parking deck and completed a set of exercises on each floor before moving up to the next. Did some sit ups under the stars, headed down and continued our circuit. We didn’t make it through the entire tour, so I’ll save that for another time!
