After an F3 “Week of Ha-Ha” celebrating my husband’s 62nd birthday, I decided to bring one of his Qs to the MUD Room! Plus some extra challenging “coupons”! Even used his playlist (which I had to skip some of the songs in since I don’t like them…)
The goal was to pair up similar to a Dora where one pax exercises while the other runs/walks a lap then they switch off. Only this time, each pax had to count their own reps up to 62 of each exercise. And when it came time to go for the lap, pax had to pick up one/two/half of the available coupons: 2 12-lb weights, 2 22-lb boyfriends, 2 32-lb girlfriends, or 1 62-lb sandbag! (The sandbag needed to be shared with another pax)
We didn’t get through the full list, but neither did the F3 pax, so it’s all ok!
