These lovely ladies joined the fun of this terrific Tuesday! It was the first day of our Summer Challenge and oh did we ever bring some prize bags! Queso and Sonic Boom walked away with a grab bag and some new fun stuff after winning the BGS challenge, and the 1 minute push up challenge.
We started with some stretching and then hopped right in.
Each FiA had to pick an exercise from the grab-bag-o-fun. They then had to decide what number to put it next to…numbers were listed 5-100 increments of 5. The # represented how many reps we were doing together of that exercise. The trick is to strategically pick the number of reps since we didn’t know what was yet to be picked. This ended up pushing ourselves to pick higher than normal reps for things that we normally would have done lower amounts of…..just to avoid those burpees….which we never ended up picking LOL!

COT: we are stronger than we think and have more endurance than we realize. We did some exercises today that we normally do “20” reps of…today….85!
