BackBlast:

Three different distances were set up this morning with 3 different stations: abs (closest w/mat), legs (middle) & arms (furthest w/hand weights).

THE THANG:

We started at our mats and ran to our furthest station, completed round 1 of arms then ran back to our mats. We took off again to the middle station to do legs, then ran back to our mats. Last section of round 1 was at our mats, so we dropped to do some abs. We continued running to each station until each section of each round was complete:

COT: Since we travelled quite a distance this morning, I was reminded of one of my favorite verses that I thought I’d share:

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
