After a quick warm up, we launched into 3 sets of exercises (lower body, upper body, abs) and did each exercise for 45 seconds with a 15 second break in between. We had time to go through all 3 sets twice before our cool down. Since there were only two of us, we took our minds off the working out and got to know each other by talking. So much fun!

Here’s what we did:

Lower Body: 


High knees

Side lunge left

Jump rope

Side lunge right

Upper Body: 

Speed bag

Dolphin push ups (on knees)

Squat to knee to opposite elbow, fast

Alternating punches (forward)

Jumping jacks


Mountain climbers

Russian Twists

Bicycle Crunches

Standing punches with core rotation
