We started off with In The Morning stretches. I had a bucket of garden tools in a bucket which each represented an exercise. The garden tool/exercise combination can be changed each time this Q is done, but a close recreation of the choices we had this time is in the file below. After each round of exercises, we grabbed a little water and then walk/run a lap.
I had planned to close with Gardening stretches, but we just stretched what we needed.
