It was a simple re-run Q. I had slips of paper in a ziplock bag with exercises from a “silly Q” that I had done before. However, for the most part I chose only the exercises that had a “real world” or “functional” application. For example, sweeping the floor, stirring the batter, picking an apple, shooting a basket, picking up trash.
Sometimes we used a weight with the exercise (light weights!) and sometimes none.
We got through all the slips of paper, I think!
