After warm up we went around and  each drew a treat from the candy bucket.   We did the esercsies that corresponded with the candy drawn.

Starburst Red:                         20 Mountain Climbers

Starburst Pink:                        25 Jumping Jacks

Almond Joy:                             30 Monkey Humpers

York Peppermint:                  20 Box Cutter

Tootsie Roll:                            10 Walking Lunges

Skittles:                                     20 lawn mower pulls

M&Ms Peanut:                        5 Burpees

M&Ms Plain:                            20 Gas Pumpers

Reeses Cup:                              20 jump shot

M&ms Caramel:                      Wild Card – you pick

Peanut Butter M&ms:           20 Russian Twist

AirHeads:                                  20 Bicep Curls

Butterfinger:                            20 Reverse Crunch

Crunch:                                      30 Little Baby Crunch

Baby Ruth:                                40 Calf raises

Lollipop:                                    20 Bicycles

We could eat the items, but many opted not to.  Especially with the additional handout showing how much you have to really work out to work off the candy.
