First we stretched it out with:
- Good Mornings to wide open arms, repeated
- Squat to side bend, alternating to each side
- Squat to twist with raised straight arms to both sides, palms facing up, twisting both directions
- Low side lunges
Then warmed up with:
- hi-knees
- butt-kicks
The Thang:
Each exercise, 8 reps, 3x
- Hammer curls (add squat)
- Tricep curls (add squat)
- Squat thrusts (add forearms in, calf raises)
- Tricep kickbacks (add runner’s squats both sides)
- W curl up-downs (add pistol squats both sides)
- Curtsy lunges (add lateral raises same time)
- Pendulum squats (add Reverse flys)
