No fall would be complete without a Football Workout! And associated music…
Plus, we got to welcome an FNG to our group – Preacher! So glad you joined us! (She’s a runner too along with 4K, so watch out…)
We started off with our warmup in cadence followed by a run to the stairs and back, picking up a chair on the way to our mats. Our workout was a Tabata of 40 seconds with 20 or 10 second rest. (No counting)
