BackBlast:

It was time to focus on our form when performing certain exercises so that we could get the most benefit from our workouts as well as keep our muscles from strains. We picked out some of our regular exercises to concentrate on.

For each exercise, Flip Flops or Titanium would explain the “right” way to do it (remember, we are NOT professionals!), demonstrate it, and offer some of the modifications. Then we worked with a partner(s) so that one pax could perform 5 reps in correct form with suggestions from their partner, then switch roles. Then we all did that exercise Tabata style for 40 seconds.

Everyone offered great suggestions, modifications, insight, etc. so that it was an even better workout. It would be beneficial to periodically focus on our form – in the future maybe we do that with a few exercises during a regular beatdown?
