Started our morning with disclaimer and warm ups and went straight to business with most situps in 5 min. Signs rocked it at 125, U-Haul at 129 and Sonic-Boom with 130! Way to go Iron-Abs!!!
After few seconds break we beat down with Frog-pumps, Kangaroos, some Rosalitas and ended with Rocket Squats as a prep for our flight class!
