Today’s workout was determined by the flip of a coin. We went through the series 3 times:

Heads                                  Tails

15 Jump Squats                25 Calf Raises

60 Sec Jog in Place           25 Jumping Jacks

20 Kneeling Pushups.      10 Pushups

20 Jumping Jacks.           60 Sec Jog in Place

40 High Knees                  40 Jumping Jacks

35 Crunches                      20 Sit-Ups

10 Pushups                       20 Kneeling Pushups

60 Sec Jog in Place        25 Jumping Jacks

50 Crunches.                   20 Sit-ups

After first round we did walking lunges across the large pavilion.

After second round we did walking sumo squats across the large pavilion

After third round we did bear crawl and crab walk across the large pavilion.
