Flag Day Workout – all exercises either 50 or 13 reps for 50 stars and 13 stripes.

50 jumping jacks

13 burpees

50 squats

13 pushups

50 mountain climbers

13 alternating lunge jumps

50 calf raises

13 leg lifts

50 second plank


After each set do a star jump and a lap around the field. Start over and go at your own pace. Do your best for YOU!
