Just ended another round around the sun and starting my next one better and stronger thanks to all of YOU!!
This time last year I was sore and not much happy after my first workout. I didn’t believe I’ll make another trip to the MUD room, well… At least not to workout. But here I am a year older, wiser and stronger! Only regret is why I didn’t do it earlier!!!!
What I thought will be a very low key, easy Tabata made me and the pax sweat all the way to I don’t want to tell you where ( shhhh….).
We had 9 – 45 seconds exercise (15 seconds rest) in 3 cycles while at the last cycle some of the pax choose an exercise until time was over.
