Wow! I forgot what a beatdown this is! But SOOOO good! We will do this one every other month to track our progress & push ourselves to strengthen & grow.
1 min on/20 sec off each exercise until you complete the round.
1 min rest between rounds
Count your reps for each exercise, write it in, and try to get at least 1 more each round.
I collected the sheets & compiled the results onto THIS spreadsheet. (highest # of reps/total # of reps from all 3 rounds)
Here’s what our tally sheet looked like…it was so inspiring to hear the PAX mention that they got “one more in that round!” or “wow, they keep going up somehow!”….cuz you were working hard, ladies (& Sushimi)!!!
