It is Friday the 13th, and guess what I did…..I googled “friday the 13th workout” and this is what we did! Yep, THAT easy to Q sometimes!
Here’s THE THANG:
We had 13 different exercises, did 13 reps each, and it said to do 13 sets…uh….each round took about 10-12 minutes to complete, so we got through 3…..*shrug* We were sweaty & tired by the time this one was done, so I have NO idea how someone would get in 13 sets of this! Anyhoo, here’s what we did:
- Burpees (yes, Titanium & Flip Flops, 13 burpees!…we only did them 2-3 times though…not bad!)
- Alt back to front lunges
- Squat to calf raise
- Push ups (I saw Titanium, Sonic Boom & Signs doing this big girl….go you!)
- LRC crunches
- Side plank oblique crunches
- Tricep press
- Outer thigh leg lifts
- Inner thoughts leg lifts
- Squat jacks
- Curtsy lunges
- Reverse plank kicks
- Step ups
Then a small lap around the green before starting into the next set.
Chief and Sonic Boom led the pack this morning. I have no idea how they fly through beatdowns so fast! #goals!
I stuck with the Friday the 13th theme and did 1 Corinthians 13 of the 13 things we should remember to practice! (pic attached)
