No one signed up to Q! So, I pulled out the FiA Card Deck and we played Uno. The rules were the same as Uno (match the suit or the number or draw a card if you can’t play). We did the exercise of each played card. Playing as an Uno game was great motivation to get a “wild” and change the suit since all the Diamonds are arms, etc.
I shared a COT about a teen boy I know being “afraid” to challenge me to a “plank off” because I “look like a one-minuter”. (He felt he could only do 45 seconds!) Thanks to FiA, I am more fit than a teen boy who is into gaming and not fitness…is that a true accomplishment? You can decide for yourself. I say, YES!
