It was cold, but we warmed up quickly with the F3 “Deck of Death”! And I remembered (almost) all of the F3 terms for exercises. Why do they name things like they do?! For each number card you add 10 for the number of reps, face cards are 25 reps, aces are 100 reps. We almost made it through the whole deck. Ended with some extra abs, cool down, and done.
Some of our “favorites” – low, slow squat; bear crawl; heels to heaven; and oh so many kinds of merkins! But Flip Flops was game for all of it! If you have to work out in the dark, at least do it with a friend!
