Run to the field

• Yellow- frog jumps halfway down the field and back
• Blue- 15 glute bridges each leg
• Pink- 20 burpees
• Purple- 30 leg lifts
• Green- 20 pushups

 

Run to playground

• Purple- 20 plank extensions
• Blue- 25 squats
• Pink- 30 high knees
• Green- crabwalk down and back parking lot
• Yellow- 1 minute alternating lunges

 

Back to parking lot with mat

• Yellow- 1 minute plank
• Green- 20 bicep curls
• Blue- 15 thrusters with weights
• Purple- flutter kicks with 10 arm press
• Pink- 10 manmakers
