It was my first time back to FiA at Rosewater today since my surgery nearly two months ago, and how so nice it was! I eased back into working out by using #growwithjo YouTube videos! It’s perfect because all her ab exercises are standing ones instead of floor ones on your back or front. Here are the two videos I used:
Stretching for warm-up and cool-down were built into the first video, so that was great. I would watch and copy each move of hers on my phone, and then the PAX copied me!
For my COT I shared that there’s a lot going on in my life right now, and this Bible passage describes the hope and strength I have in the midst!
Psalm 28:6-7
