So, funny story today…I totally didn’t check who was Q for today, so was just waiting for someone send out a pre-blast but there was none… so I finally checked who was scheduled, and it was ME (or so I thought), for March 6… so I was like, oh ok let me just use my St. Patty’s Day beatdown since it’s at least the month of March….it was only at the workout this am when DIY casually mentioned it was still Feb, that I realized I was NOT the Q for today, because it was NOT March 6, and I was early on celebrating St. Patrick’s Day lol!!! But it worked out because the scheduled Q was not present (as I did not send a reminder), and we needed a beatdown anyway haha.
So in any case, I played the electric “fiddle” music of Lindsey Stirling and went all in on St. Patty’s!

Worked every body part in 4-part rounds involving HIIT, weight training, and mat exercises. Each exercise 30sec on, 10 sec off.

- Think of 3 things we’re grateful for (maybe even write them down in a gratefulness journal)
- Encourage at least ONE person with words in person, in a note, a text, or email
OUR attitudes will change for the better because of it, and we’ll affect someone else for the better too! And as a result we’ll surely feel “lucky,” or what I like to call BLESSED, as a result!
