10 Arm Circles Modified / 10 Jumping Jacks Modified / 10 burpees
Partner Workout
- One partner runs to each cone and back (4 cones)
- Other partner does one exercise on the run down and one on the way back
1st Round – right arm ground to overhead with dumbell while partner runs down and left arm ground to overhead with dumbbell while partner runs back
2nd Round – Hammer curls while partner runs down and Squat with push press while partner runs back
3rd Round – Plank with rows while partner runs down and mountain climbers while partner runs back
3rd Round – lunges with weights while partner runs down and shoulder press while partner runs back
In between each round – 5 full body man makers burpees
Ab Set: 5 minutes total. Change each 30 seconds
- 1- Plank Hold Straight Arms
- 2- Shoulder Taps
- 3- Plank with lift leg
- 4- Plank with arm reach (bent arms)
- 5- Plank rotations
- 6- Plank extensions (straight arms)
- 7- Plank hold left side
- 8- Plank hold right side
- 9- Plank hold mtn climbers (stay on elbows or straight arms and bring knee to chest)
- 10- Plank hold elbows bent
