I needed a quick idea for this Friday morning workout, so I turned to one of Tex’s backblasts, of course! So she made it there with us in spirit, and I’m grateful for it.
We did a 45/15 tabata twice through of 20 moves, which was just at 45 minutes! Check out her Low and Slow BB for THE THANG.
For the last move in the rotation, we did burpees, which was the challenge from our Fb group for honoring the first responders who lost their lives on 9/11/2001. Our PAX got it started with 97 burpees between the 6 of us! #Neverforget
I was so glad to see Zumbo and Brisket come back to join us for their second post! Can’t wait to see them next week. Way to go to all for starting the weekend off right!
