It’s been a while since I’ve pulled out my Darebee.com sheets for an easy Q! Flip Flops introduced me to the site and it’s a great place to go for quick workouts, new exercises, different compilations, and some HIIT ideas.

We used 6 different workouts (listed below) and went through them once or twice each. Not the 3, 5, or 7 sets for Level 1-3. But you could do that…
