Today we focused on our Core and Total Body exercises. We alternated between a core focused exercise and a total body exercise for 45 seconds, with 15 seconds in between. I used a deck of fitness cards to assign our exercises. A quick and easy Q. We went through 20 exercises for one round. Then each PAX picked a card from the group and we did those again for a second round. I’m feeling it today, but I know it’s good for us!
