After a bit of a break from Qing due to #Bandtober, TEX IS BACK!!! Coco and I had a great time on our Conveyor Belt Work Out. We had a couple of “spectators” FiA 2.0 “Sparkles” and her lil’ brother weren’t feeling the playground scene today and thought watching us workout was much more interesting! Haha! Such cuties!
We started the conveyor belt with arms. We did the first exercise for 45 second, then ran to the next stop on the belt (legs) and did the first exercise for 45 seconds, then ran to the 3rd stop on the belt (Abs) and did the first exercise for 45 seconds. Then we ran the rest of the loop (around the Grassy Knoll at The Coop). We did this 4 times completing all 4 exercises and 1 mile of running. To finish off we stopped at each spot on the conveyor belt one more time and did each exercise for 30 seconds. Finished it off with a stretch and quote and name-o-rama. Bring on the rest of The Weekend! We are ready!
