Today we had enough people to do our Choose Your Own Adventure workout that I had planned for last Saturday. I provided a pre-printed sheet of paper to the PAX with exercises listed in 4 categories (Upper Body-choose 3, Lower Body-choose 3, Core-choose 2, and Cardio-choose 7) . Songbird got to choose Round 1 exercises. Cruiser & Boxer chose Round 2 together, Signs chose Round 3. We did each exercise for 45 seconds and then rested for 15 seconds (except for when we missed the timer bell because we were too busy talking and having fun!). After a quick warm up and time for everyone to secretly choose their exercises, we got started. We did have to cut Round 2 a little short and Signs only had to choose 1 exercise in each section to get us finished on time. And it didn’t rain on us until we were already wet with sweat anyway!
