After our warm up, I handed out a copy of the Choose Your Own Adventure HIIT Work Out sheet (see photo) to each PAX with a highlighter. Then we completed each person’s choices all the way through before going on to the next PAX. We shortened the Cardio to only 4 exercises. We did each one for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest. We did 3 rounds and it was surprising how similarly each PAX chose exercises! We cooled down and were reminded for our COT that “God’s faithfulness is not a passport out of trouble in this world. God’s faithfulness is a promise of his presence in this world and in the world to come!” (Alicia Britt Chole – Intimate Conversations)
