On this chilly morning, we stretched it out on our own as I shared the intro/disclaimer and the plan for this beatdown. Recently I found this cute and fun YouTuber (#growwithjo) who posts all sorts of great workouts fit to music of all genres! So I chose a cardio-kickboxing video (and a short HIIT cardio one to add) to use, by watching it myself and mimicking her, while the other PAX watched and followed me! I think it went pretty well, not much verbal leading involved, the girl herself does not talk while she works out on the videos, it’s just the music and watching her do the moves! All the PAX did AWESOME following my lead🙌🏼 I’m sharing the links to the specific videos I used, here!
Warm-up was built in so we went right into the first video after stretching, and then stretched again at the end of the second video. Finally, below is the Scripture I shared for my COT, the Lord Himself is our anchor and our help in any fight or battle!!!
