10 PAX led by Broadway and Buzz for the Co-Q. Buzz led opening stretches of Bend Waist, Cherry Pickers, Head Circles, Lying Stretch, Rocking Chair, Butterfly, Trunk Twist, and Knee to Chest Stretch. Broadway spent the first half working us out to Frozen (1) Broadway versions while spelling out FROZEN, SVEN, and OLAF. The second half Buzz had us workout to some quirky Frozen 2 music while spelling out SAMANTHA. Titanium figured out the word, but no one really knew that was the name Olaf hollers out in When I am Older. We lingered on T to try to work on our Twisted Foot for the Olympics. If you want to find the video on how to do the *Twisted Foot, go to FiANation on Instagram choose the mostly red picture with the list of Olympic Events then go to the 5th picture in that set. It is difficult, but still fun to try. It was great to see those with more coordination come close to doing it. Then Broadway led us in Closing stretches, the COT and Name-O-Rama. Circle Of Trust was Don’t be afraid to be yourself… even if you’re quirky!
