We watched the movie “Air” a few weeks ago and these were songs from the movie. The beatdown was a musical Dora with boyfriends (20 lb bags). For the duration of a song, one partner did the exercise while the other partner ran around the first island and back. Rinse and repeat until the song finished, then move on to the next. (We ran out of time for the Bag Swings – guess my warm up was too long!)
