Triple threat this morning (Sonic Boom, Miyagi, and Titanium) at The Haven for a beatdown from our Wills Park/Wacky World days! This was a cross workout with 4 outer cones and one cone in the middle. Each cone had 3 exercises listed. We gathered at one cone for 45 seconds of the first exercise, to the middle for 45 seconds of that first exercise (repeated every time we came to the middle on each round), on to the next cone, back to the middle, rinse and repeat.
