Oh my gosh! So much fun partying it up with all you amazing pax this morning! You brought the fun and some seriously good dance moves! U-Haul rocked the boot and the big wheel in the most spectacular way!
This Q was all about having fun playing workout party games, sweating, and earning “party tokens”. The top 4 earners got gifted with present prizes! Party tokens could be won by busting out dance moves and/or winning any of our party games…or just not cheating. So many cheaters! 😀 Oh, we also needed to squeeze in 42 burpees!
We started off by doing our first of 4 sets of 10 burpees and then we played a game of tip the cups. Two teams ran around trying to tip cups or pick up cups, the team who had the most standing or tipped won, in theory, but at 530a things get confusing and we really have no idea who won but we all had a great time playing. LOL
After we thoroughly exhausted ourselves for 4 long minutes fixing cups and not crowning any winners we moved to our next set of burpees, Coco did the counting! I never thought I would be so grateful to have other people count, FiA made me realize that. 🙂 20 Burpees down, next up, Red Light/Green Light! Thanks to U-Haul for being our light! I don’t know about the rest of you but this was way too difficult to process at 530a. I should have went to the back like a hundred times because I was too focused on the exercise to focus on red or green light! We were able to crown some winner for the crab walk, imperial walkers, and squat jumps! Excellent job, ladies!

Back to the mats we went for a round of balance the balloon on the party hat! This is where all the cheaters were revealed. hahaha I was going to award party tokens to the winners but instead rewarded them to everyone who lost their balloon and didn’t cheat! 😀 We did Russian twists, Jane Fondas, and LBCs!

On to the final and most important business, the present prize awards! We had multiple people who tied, with more winners than presents it was obviously time for a dance off! Coco had earned the most tokens so she got to sit out, although I am regretting telling her she could. Next time. Those pax really brought it. Dr. Prime shined in all her move busting glory and it was PHENOMENAL ! Loved every second! Prize presents were passed out and and then I gave my COT, two short quotes, “Every day of your life is a special occasion” Thomas S. Monson and, “The more you celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate” Oprah Winfrey . Thanks for laughing with me this morning, ladies! What a great way to kick off my b-day eve!
