The EIGHT of us at MUDRoom were in the parking deck this am due to the rain, but it was nice and warm today!
For my Valentine’s beatdown, I used this Valentine’s mix from YouTube for music:
Stretching:
BIG heart with feet together, arms up and circle down
“Hug” your arms (Arm across body L/R)
Michael Phelps (showing how much you love someone😊)
“Hug” your knee
“Hug” your ankle to butt
Then stretching to each side, forward, and back with “heart arms”
Warm-ups:
Tunnel of love modified (Take turns running between two rows of star jumps who cheer for you!)
4 Happy jacks (5 jacks/2 jump squats)
Fast feet around the heart of cones (As the heart goes pitter patter when in love)
The Thang:
7 love-burpees 🙂

Bicep “hugs” (curls)

Reverse fly “hugs”
Big girl sit-ups (hands crossed on chest for “love”)

Then did the Cupid Shuffle song routine – shoulder tap planks until the song directs you to the right, at which you walk your plank to the right,then left, then alternate-kick 4 times, and then one push-up down, and go back to shoulder tap planks.
