Happily Boxer showed up a few minutes into my single workout. I planned an improved Q on my Gardening Tools workout, but when no one showed up I just started a basic Buzz workout from March 10th. Tex and others have said to keep a workout in your bag just in case. Taking also from Miyagi, try to improve on your workouts. Now I have a Q in the ready, and a few more ideas of how to improve it for next time. Because it was 37, I decided that another round of opening stretches and quick run would be good for me. A few times I doubted my combinations of exercises and stretches, but each stretch helped to further loosen the muscles that we had worked out.
