Since a lot of us have come back from our adventures and traveling this summer (me included), I thought I would theme this workout “Around the World”. We had 21 PAX (!!!!) travel with us this morning….and we don’t even have some of our regulars back yet! We are growing like wildfire and it’s fabulous!
Here’s what went down: THE THANG!
We warmed up with some stretches, arm circles, cherry pickers, grass grabbers, frankensteins, jumping jacks…in cadence, when possible.
Then we dove in – all aboard!
We used the length of the green and split into two sides – one side had weights, the other didn’t, and we left our mats in the center.
As a song played, we did one exercise on one side of the green, ran/shuffled/shimmied to the other side to perform a different exercise. 10 reps of each exercise, back and forth, for the duration of the song.
When the song “Panama” came on (because that’s where I just got back from), we all met in the center at our mats and did a ladder. This is what is looked like:

We kicked butt this morning! Motivated & encouraged each other to keep going & we’re stronger because of it!
